New Account

To set up a new electric service account with Guernsey-Muskingum Electric Cooperative, simply pick up the phone and give us a call.

No Exisiting Electric Service

If you are building a new home, installing a modular or mobile home, where no previous electric service exists, ask to speak with someone in our Engineering Department. A Staking Engineer will contact you and come to your location to provide you with all the necessary information and advice to obtain electric service.

Exisiting Electric Service

If you are moving into a home where electric service is already in place, ask for our Billing Department. You will need to provide your name, the mailing address, the service address, a meter reading, your social security number, and some additional information.
