SmartHub is a web and mobile app that allows you to take control of all aspects of your utility account. Pay your bill, manage your electric use, report outages and receive updates, get reminders, plus contact us quickly with service issues online or on your mobile device.

Yes, all members will still receive a paper bill even if they enroll in SmartHub.
No. You can take advantage of all of the features of SmartHub or you can continue to pay your bill as you currently do.
Creating a SmartHub account will allow you to access many great features and will allow making recurring online payments convenient. If you are making a one-time payment online, you can do so by selecting the "Pay Bill Now" button on the homepage of our website at anytime.
Please note - There is a convenience fee if you choose to pay your bill via SmartHub.
Yes. SmartHub shows all of your accounts, along with the amounts due for those accounts. You may make a payment to a single account or multiple accounts from both the website and mobile app.
The information you see in the app and on the website is shown in real-time.
There is no fee to have the app. There is a convenience fee if you choose to pay your bill via SmartHub. There is no fee to use other features such as reporting meter readings, reporting outages, viewing usage or billing history, or getting outage updates.
We are in the process of transitioning to new meters that will make daily and hourly usage information available via SmartHub. Until your account has one of those meters installed, you will see the same usage for the month reflected on your bill.
You can select the types of messages you will receive and how you receive them from your SmartHub account. You can choose to access messages only while logged into your SmartHub account or choose to add email and/or text notifications.

Yes, you can report an outage via SmartHub. It will interface into our outage management system in the same manner as calling in your outage over the phone, avoiding potential wait times during a large storm event.
