Payment of Bills

Members can choose from several convenient ways to pay their monthly bills. Regardless of the method you choose to pay the bill, Payment of members electric bills are due on or before the 25th day of each month. A late fee is added to bills that remain unpaid after the due date each month. Members with billing accounts that reflect any past due balance are subject to disconnection of electric service after proper notification is provided.

The simplest way to avoid disconnection when you have a past due balance is to phone the Billing/Credit department. The Cooperative will always attempt to arrive at some reasonable payment arrangements.

By Mail

with check or money order.  Payment can be submitted via the return envelope included in your monthly bill.  When making payments, please include the bottom portion of your bill with a meter reading. Please list your account number on all of your checks and correspondence to assure proper credit.

By Phone

payment via electronic check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover may be made 24/7 via our automated phone system by calling 1-844-965-1325.   Please have your account numbers or bill handy before you call. Multiple accounts can be paid in the same payment.  A transaction convenience fee of $3.95 per payment will be applied to each payment submitted.  Each payment transactions is limited to $500.  You can also enter your meter reading via the automated phone system 24/7.

Online via Smarthub

By Clicking on the link below you will be directed to a secure website to establish a Smarthub account the first time you access the site and then to login using your Smarthub account information on future visits.  Once you have set up your account and password the first time you will have access to make payments on your account or accounts.

Payment can be made using electronic check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover 24/7 via your Smarthub account access.   Multiple accounts can be paid in the same payment.  A transaction convenience fee of $3.95 per payment will be applied to each payment submitted.  Each payment transactions is limited to $500. 

In addition to making payments Smarthub has additional features such as a screen to enter meter readings, view usage and bill history trends, payment history, and setting reminders about your account.

Online via Pay Now Application

By Clicking on the link below you will be directed to a secure website where you can submit a payment to an account Unlike Smarthub above you do not need to establish an account to make a payment but only need information from your bill to login and make a payment.  This application does not have the enhanced features and information that Smarthub above offers, but is a way to make an occasional payment without establishing a Smarthub account.

Payment can be made using electronic check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover  24/7.   Multiple accounts can be paid in the same payment.  A transaction convenience fee of $3.95 per payment will be applied to each payment submitted.  Each payment transactions is limited to $500.

By Automatic Direct Bill Payment

Members may also choose to have their monthly electric bill payments deducted automatically from their checking or savings account with no fee applied by the Cooperative. Go to Automatic Direct Bill Payment for more information on this convenient option.

In Person - Payments are accepted throughout the month during regular business hours at our front desk or drive-up window located at 17 South Liberty Street, New Concord.

Monday - Friday 7:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

Our office also has a night deposit, which may be used 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
