Notifications Setup

 

HOW TO SETUP AND MANAGE NOTIFICATIONS:


On the SmartHub mobile app:SHN1

To Manage Contacts:

  • Go to Settings and choose Contact Methods.
  • Add your phone number.
  • Click "Receive Text Messages."
  • Accept Terms & Conditions.
  • Complete verification.

 

 

To Manage Notifications:

  • Go to Settings and choose Manage Notifications.
  • Select the category and notifications you would like to add/remove.
  • Select the contacts you would like to add/remove for each notification.

On a computer:

To Manage Contacts:shn4

  • Under the Notifications tab click Manage Contacts.
  • Add your phone number.
  • Check the "Receive Text Messages" box.
  • Agree to Terms & Conditions.
  • Complete verification.

 

 

To Manage Notifications:

  • Under the Notifications tab click Manage Notifications.
  • Select the category and notifications you would like to add/remove.
  • Select the contacts you would like to add/remove for each notification.
  • Save any changes.
